Crystal Clear
Life is not always crystal
clear
sometimes you only see
what you hear
sometimes sound goes from
ear to ear?
all that garble can leave
some fear
I often want a crystal
ball
then I might know if I was
going to fall
them you can know and see
all?
better to not know as I
recall
I wear a crystal on a gold
chain
a Mother gift so it will
remain
a energy source to keep me
sane
maybe helps I can't
complain
Packing crystal glasses I
never use
why stuff to get confused
why the history I can not
loose?
saving and re-saving is
not new news
Crystal clear sky with
stars so high
need this at night as time
goes by
need to see daily....that
birds can fly?
When I need calming I look
at the sky
Moving stones both crystal
and granite
seems like I an moving the
whole planet
seems I need time to sit
Stop...Type a
poem....That's it!
different forms of crytstal

ReplyDeletenice on having the artifact from your mom and what it reminds you of...that is def cool...smiles...and life def is not always clear...
ReplyDeleteThat's it!!
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed all of your stanzas. I empathize with the one about crystal. I have some family crystal that no one uses...but we keep it for the sake of keeping it as family treasure, but what is a treasure that is not used?
ReplyDeleteMany crystal images in this and I enjoyed reading. Thanks for the variety of inspiration here!
ReplyDeleteLove the "thinking" that comes from this -- and the dynamic finish.
