Refrigerate
Fire
to Ice
Sometimes the warm room
and fireplace
put you into a illusion
space.
Cold hard facts seem
stored nice
in the kitchen box with
ice.
Chilled by reason
and
the outside season
life can harden the joy
and
refrigerate the smile...
but
just for a short while.
Then I remember
Angels in the snow,
places
to go,
and
faces I know
so
Let It Snow!
refrigerate the smile. - That is so cool, i love the way you make the connection, and the warmth in the cold. Well Done
ReplyDeleteI was having trouble sorting facts and fiction last night when this prompt came up...from fire last time to the ref. this time I thought that this was an interesting connection
