Emotional Tempatures

Poetry Jan
Refrigerate

Fire to Ice

Sometimes the warm room and fireplace
put you into a illusion space.
Cold hard facts seem stored nice
in the kitchen box with ice.
Chilled by reason
and
the outside season
life can harden the joy
and
refrigerate the smile...
but
just for a short while.
Then I remember

Angels in the snow,

 places to go,
and

faces I know
so

Let It Snow!

  2. Good that the icy cold hard facts cannot take away the warmth and warm memories that reside within one's heart. I like your presentation, Rae.
