Weed
Re Defined
A weed is
a plant seed
just in
the wrong place.
A field of
dandelions is beautiful indeed
but in my
front yard a disgrace.
A pile of
time challenges condemned
but with a
prayer a perfect solution.
A problem is only a life challenge
with the
wrong mind expectation.
When you
define it as wrong
it may
stay that way
When you
saver it as perfect
you'll
want it to stay
When parts of life situations
are
falling apart.
With
redefinition
and reconsideration
they may
all
just be
falling into place
Weed or
flower
it is all
in your mind
Rethink
the definition
of the
weed,
flower, and seed
so then
that new
orientation
will
redefine
your life with high speed!
The second stanza made me smile. I like the idea that our appreciation of dandelions, and of course so many other things as well, is all in the mind.

I know it but sometimes I forget and then am unhappy until I change the definition and expectation of a situation
DeleteI like the idea that a weed is a plant seed in the wrong place. I do think this applies to dandelions. They are beautiful...in the right setting. I like redefinition and reconsideration.

Delete"Rethink the definition" I had never thought about it quite that way before - but that is R-E-A-L-L-Y sound advice - for a lot of things.
ReplyDeleteAdvice that I need to use all the time...Life has so many places that the definition of the situation makes the difference between happy and sad good and bad etc
