Some Time Its Time

Poetry Jam

Some Time

Time is now for Spring cleaning
Time to move more then collected cobwebs
Time for new growth vibrate out the old
Time to rethink life old patterns for new a trajectory

Clean the home now that is easy
We know what to dust and do
Clean the life and mind tessellations
We don't always know where to start

If you like it but do not use it …is it in the keep pile now
if you don’t  like it but you use it … then it is in or must go out
if it has not worked in the past ….is it time to try something new
if  the spring time moves you thinking…then thinking is what you need to do!

Simplify is a good beginning
Less is more when we need to dust
Simplify because Dust keeps…time doesn't  collect this unwanted powder
Less will help with time control

Shake more then rugs and blankets
move away from old and tried
Shake the moment that excites you
move that joy into your heart

Start
The Top Spinning

Time to let "it" go
Time to move forward in times progress
Time to Spin the past around
Time to jump up and find a new start
Time to stand up on new ground

  2. Really nice to think about the things that there is now 'time' for now that it is spring. Spring cleaning is definitely one of those things, and simplifying is another.

Rae Ann, thank you for being so supportive of Poetry Jam. I will still be in the blogosphere, as will the rest of us. I suggest you take a look at Poets United - where there is a prompt that goes up EVERY Wednesday. Also, I run an OPEN LINK on Sunday where you can post a poem on anything. Really it is a friendly site too, and you will see many familiar faces there, and we will welcome you. Keep this site in mind. And hope to see you. Be well, and keep writing.

  5. I like the idea of cleaning, decluttering, simplifying so that we can let go, Rae. Piling up is senseless and useless.
Thank you for your support at PJ.

  7. A good analogy, Rae - just as we spring clean our home, so we must spring clean our life and makes meaningful changes.

  9. Very interesting blog. A lot of blogs I see these days don't really provide anything that attract others, but I'm most definitely interested in this one. Just thought that I would post and let you know.
