all is well with the hands

Poetry Jam
Hands

Mom…Put Your Hands

Put your hands on my shoulders
I will lift you up
Help  you up
Hold you up

Keep you happy
Keep you healthy
Keep you up

With your hands on my shoulders
you
lift my spirits up
hold up my joy
keep my heart high

Your hands on my shoulders
you have my back
My hands on your back
I have your love

We create harmony with hands

Mothers care for babies
then
children care for mothers
then
I put my hand in my grandchild's
And
all is well with the hands

hearts are full
